Join us for a coffee morning to mark the 80th anniversary of the allied Victory over Japan - VJ day. The human cost of the war with Japan was a staggering 90,000 British troops alone, 30,000 of which died and 37,500 were held prisoner in appalling conditions. To mark the day, Discover Downham is holding a coffee morning with home made cakes and tea/coffee - Everyone is welcome!
