At Discover Downham Heritage Centre, we take pride in the quality of our publications, maps, and souvenirs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.


Digital Products

  • Unfortunately, digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, e-books) cannot be refunded once purchased, because they can be copied immediately after download.

  • If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.


Physical Products

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: sales.discoverdownham@outlook.com

  • We may ask for a photo of the product to assess the issue.

  • Once approved, we will either:

    • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

    • Issue a full refund.


General Returns

  • If you simply change your mind, please contact us within 14 days. We may accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless it was faulty or sent incorrectly.

  • Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please request a return and place a new order.
